Assess and plan
Define the owner’s goals, service mix, growth opportunities, operational gaps, and desired level of involvement.
Venture hybrid programs · Long-term clinic growth
Build a clinic worth keeping — with options for whatever comes next.
Modernize, grow, and strengthen your physician-owned clinic for long-term success — with an optional path to future transition or acquisition readiness.
Program
Venture Legacy is a long-term clinic modernization and growth program for physicians who want a stronger, more profitable, and more sustainable practice. The clinic can remain under the owner’s leadership indefinitely. If the physician later chooses to retire, pivot, or pursue a sale, Venture can help prepare the business for an excellent acquisition process. An exit is always optional — never the required outcome of the program.
01 / The Legacy Growth Path
Define the owner’s goals, service mix, growth opportunities, operational gaps, and desired level of involvement.
Renovate the website, optimize for AI discovery, install social and paid advertising, and expand high-value cash-pay services.
Continue operating with Venture support for as long as desired, or add optional retirement, succession, or acquisition-readiness planning later.
02 / Core program elements
Website modernization, AI optimization, digital infrastructure, and patient-conversion improvements.
Social media, paid advertising, local demand generation, service-line expansion, and pricing optimization.
For DPC and cash-pay clinics, or insurance-based practices ready to add and grow cash-pay services.
Optional expert practice management and strategic oversight so the physician does not have to serve as administrator.
Venture can execute or oversee the clinic quality program when the owning physician does not want to manage it personally.
Owners who want to lead and scale can purchase four-hour consulting packages at $350 per hour, with a complimentary onboarding session.
03 / Choose the level of involvement
For physicians who want to learn administration, reduce clinical hours over time, and personally help scale the clinic with one-on-one DLP coaching.
For physicians who want the business grown and managed strategically while they stay focused on patient care and ownership.
Fees are based on clinic size, complexity, service mix, technology needs, advertising scope, and optional practice-management or quality services. Participation does not guarantee acquisition; any future transaction requires separate diligence, valuation, negotiation, and definitive agreements.
