Colleague principles
The founder must maintain independent legal counsel. Venture does not participate in or manage the founder's MSO, capital, technology, marketing, or business operations. Treating clinicians retain independent medical judgment, and the founder does not exercise direct authority over Venture clinicians. Controlled-substance programs require separate legal, clinical, contracting, and pricing review.
