Complimentary Onboarding
A one-hour introductory session with Dr. Purdy to define the clinic, goals, service opportunities, team, and expansion priorities.
Venture hybrid programs · Done-with-you expansion
Build a telemedicine revenue engine inside your clinic.
A 90-day, done-with-you expansion plan with direct mentorship from Dr. Laura Purdy — for physicians and nurse practitioners who own brick-and-mortar clinics and want to install telemedicine using their own team. Venture provides the roadmap and strategic support; the clinic performs the work and owns the skill set.
How it works
A one-hour introductory session with Dr. Purdy to define the clinic, goals, service opportunities, team, and expansion priorities.
Venture creates a checkpoint-based plan covering the tasks, decisions, and milestones required to build and launch the program.
The clinic executes the plan with Dr. Purdy meetings approximately every three weeks and unlimited team support between sessions.
Program structure
| Component | What it delivers |
|---|---|
| Four paid consulting hours | Four hours of Dr. Purdy's consulting at $350 per hour, structured across the 90-day engagement and focused on implementation and leadership development. |
| Medical director mentorship | Learn to oversee workflows, clinicians, quality, patient experience, and cash-pay operations as the medical director of an internal telemedicine program. |
| Unlimited strategic chat support | Unlimited chat-based support with Dr. Purdy and the Venture team throughout the process for questions, feedback, and troubleshooting. |
| Growth and marketing engine | Built in coordination with an MSO partner that can redesign and optimize the website, generate traffic, and run advertising that sends leads to the clinic. |
| Virtual-to-in-person funnel | Use telemedicine to generate cash-pay revenue while directing appropriate patients into the physical clinic for services that require in-person care. |
| Post-launch troubleshooting | The fourth consulting call is scheduled 4–6 weeks after launch to review performance, solve problems, answer questions, and refine the operating model. |
Expand vs. Boost
Venture Boost provides outsourced visits as a passive clinical-capacity solution. Venture Expand teaches the clinic to build, lead, and operate its own cash-pay telemedicine service line using its own staff and infrastructure.
Physician and nurse practitioner clinic owners who want to own the capability — not rent it. The clinic keeps the patient relationship, the revenue, and the internal skill set to run and grow the program long after the engagement ends.
